Now, we are seeking a motivated Sales Strategy Analyst to join the EMEA Central (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) Sales Strategy team. As part of a diverse analyst talent community in the Central and wider EMEA Sales Strategy Team, you'll delve into data, crafting insightful analyses and building robust reporting tools/assets that illuminate business performance.This role offers significant insight to senior leaders across EMEA Central, empowering you to translate data into actionable recommendations that drive the success of sales and cross-functional leadership.
Your responsibilities & impact:
- Strategy and Execution Partner: Provide day-to-day support to sales strategy business partners and sales leaders on all aspects of execution, including forecasting calls, pipeline updates, AE performance reviews, etc.
- Data-Driven Insights: Develop tools and dashboards that uncover new insights and findings for partners. Conduct ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations. Design and interpret key performance metrics, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Leadership Support: Assist the EMEA Central Sales leadership team, contributing to the EMEA Central operating cadence, key strategic projects, and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Strategic Decision Making: Prepare analysis and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making. Lead EMEA Central-level business reviews, strategic projects, and ambitious initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and impactful outcomes.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Support strategy business partners and sales leaders in driving all facets of Salesforce's EMEA Central Go-to-Market strategy, including market segmentation, headcount planning, sales territory implementation, and quota setting.
- Process Optimization: Advocate for and implement process improvements, seeking new ways to automate existing tasks and address operational issues. Propose effective changes to systems and processes to address root causes.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Some demonstrated experience in sales operations, business operations, or consulting, preferably within an online/SaaS company with a strong analytical focus.
- First experience in CRM and Salesforce reporting, sophisticated expertise in G-suite applications (Sheets, Slides, etc.), and familiarity with Excel, SQL, Tableau/Alation/Snowflake, or other Business Intelligence tools.
- Analytical mind and creative problem-solving skills, coupled with a thorough and quality-focused approach.
- Exhibiting an entrepreneurial attitude, a drive to go above and beyond and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses partnership skills, consistently championing others and leading by example.
