We are looking for an Operations Coordinator for the Project Business EMEA, to start as soon as possible. Project Business is one of the four pillars in our global Strategy 2027.
You will be part of a team which is responsible for enabling Project Business within the EMEA region. As an International Operations Coordinator you will manage and optimise the EMEA supply chain processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations for the project business.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments and regions.
Your tasks- Manage and maintain a robust collaboration between departments and regions, fostering strong relationships to ensure quality and reliability
- Create new specialised or tailormade logistic solutions and tools to enable sales
- Develop, implement, and update the pricing tool, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness to support sales strategies
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align pricing strategies with market demands and company objectives
- Streamline internal processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Classify and manage stock to optimise inventory levels
- Update and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Generate opportunity reports to identify potential areas for growth and improvement
- Provide regular reports to key stakeholders, highlighting trends, challenges, and recommendations
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
- Experience and knowledge of sales in Project Business, Inside sales or Supply Chain
- Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken
- Team player with analytical skills, solution orientation, friendly and professional appearance, proactiveness and willingness to learn, and conscientiousness
- Strong customer orientation (internal & external)
- Willingness to travel within LA EMEA
- Experience in process optimisation and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and update comprehensive reports and dashboards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and departments
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
