Your new role - Solutions Delivery Consultant
Location: Germany (you must be based in Germany with the right to work)
As a Solutions Delivery Consultant, you will play a key role in collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, design effective solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of our Conversational AI platform. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional client experiences through technical expertise, project management skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Your responsibilities will include- Solution Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Client Collaboration: Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to gather information for solution design and effectively align technical requirements with business goals.
- Requirements Engineering: Analyze and document client needs, translating them into actionable project deliverables.
- Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, backlogs, and deliverables, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with Statements of Work (SOW).
- Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure solutions meet client expectations and Cognigy’s standards of excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of potential issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and foster strong working relationships.
- Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct evaluations to capture lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects

Requirements
About you- Proven experience in solution delivery, requirements engineering, product ownership, or project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with SaaS, Bot Technologies, Contact Center operations, or Conversational AI platforms. Programming knowledge and understanding of APIs are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Ability to identify challenges, develop creative solutions, and implement strategies effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing project requirements and technological advancements.
- Skilled in using project management software and tools.
