With credit decisions made in under 24 hours, we offer one of the fastest business lending experiences in the European market.
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is ready to roll up their sleeves to help build something meaningful. The earliest possible entry date is the first of November.
Deine Aufgaben
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, optimize, and scale our Fin Tech platform for small-business lending
- Drives decisions that influence the product’s functionality, design, and technical infrastructure
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, data science, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Share your ideas clearly through written and verbal communication
Dein Profil
What You Bring:
- 5-10 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Java Script
- Pragmatic & Get-things-Done attitude: a strong desire to solve meaningful problems without the burden of managing large teams.
- Ability to understand and align technical solutions with business goals
- Experience working with lean teams
- A growth mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt (including new tech stacks)
- Excellent communication skills (in English)
Preferred but not Mandatory:
- Prior experience working with Fin Tech products
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Experience with serverless computing
