Description The Enterprise Sales Trainer will be responsible for supporting several countries in the EMEIA region through trainer and content readiness, as well as content creation (video, online, leader-led).
This requires a deep understanding of Enterprise customers, sales methodologies and sales training practices. Proven direct experience in Enterprise, retail, telco or channels its advantageous. You will also have to have a deep experience in deploying sales training activities via eLearning, classroom, and on-the-floor execution.
Fluency in English as well as German is required.The ideal candidate will support trainer readiness, drive content creation, and ensure the successful execution of local and central initiatives. They will be a creative powerhouse, capable of transforming complex concepts into clear, engaging content and delivering impactful training.Trainer Hub Model & Readiness:- Support sub-regional external trainers by running train-the-trainer events and ensuring all are certified where applicable- Recruitment Support: Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify and onboard qualified trainers.- Partner with Account Executives and SP&O teams to help build relevant training plans for strategic partners- Work with Account Executives on quarterly planning (Q+1), ensuring alignment with central initiativesContent Production:- Act as an influential figure for trainers, inspiring excellence in facilitation and training delivery- Become an authority on Apple’s platform, products and services, driving content creation and curation- Develop and produce a wide range of content, including video, written, and workshop materials- Bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring timely delivery of content while meeting deadlines.
