Tasks- Support with the daily farming operations including seedling production, plant health monitoring, and harvesting.
- Engage in continuous research and testing to optimize plant combinations for maximum yield, quality, and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with the team and clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop and refine new farming solutions.

- Current enrollment in a degree program related to agronomy, botany, horticulture, or a similar field, with a strong preference for candidates whose curriculum requires the completion of an internship

- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
