Working Student in Procurement Excellence Team

Working Hours: Part-time - max. 18 hrs / week

• Provide support in order processing and process optimization/standardization in procurement processes, especially in purchase-to-pay.
• Assist in project management tasks, including but not limited to communication event organisation, Share Point webpage maintenance and internal ticket system design & roll-out
• Analyse procurement and invoicing data using Excel and generate actions for improvement.
• Independently and responsibly handle various daily tasks within the procurement domain.
• Support the procurement excellence team in operational tasks such as processing purchase orders and managing supplier communications.
• Define and document process flows to optimize end-to-end purchase-to-pay process flow.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments.

• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
• Enrolment as a student (m/f/d) in engineering/economics, business informatics, or a similar field in an advanced semester.
• Interest and confidence in working in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• High level of self-motivation and a structured, independent, and self-confident approach to work.
• Excellent analytical skills, particularly in using Excel for data analysis.
• Proficiency in using the MS Office package, particularly Excel, and preferably experience with SAP and/or ARIBA.
• Initial practical experience, ideally in procurement.
