Local Division Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support business operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the company's strategic sales objectives. Each day, you will gain valuable experience by performing tasks as directed by the program manager and developing a deep understanding of sales processes.You will also have the chance to showcase your expertise by participating in ABB’s local Trainee Program and engaging with various aspects of the sales organization.

You will be mainly accountable for:- Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve the objectives set out in the Trainee plan, taking personal responsibility for your development, especially in areas like sales, customer acquisition, and market development.
- Contribute to key sales activities such as new customer acquisition, organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and forums, as well as preparing and executing sales campaigns.
- Gain experience in various fields such as Bid & Proposal management, sales operations and contribute to strategic phases within the HUB Europe to develop global perspectives.
- Support the continuous improvement and implementation of products and services, participate in formal training to enhance leadership and professional skills, and actively engage in social and team-building activities to build a strong network within ABB.

Qualifications for the role- You are highly skilled in working with Office 365 and CRM systems, and have a strong understanding of the engineering and sales markets.
- You are passionate about communication, networking, and teamwork, and are willing to travel approximately 30% of the time.
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of relevant experience.
