Tasks- Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists in developing our state of the art sports analytics ML models
- Maintain and set up CI/CD pipelines for our ML models
- Optimization of IT architecture and processes
- Contribute your innovative ideas and creativity
Requirements
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS- Masters or PhD Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or other related fields with a quantitative focus
- 3+ years of experience in working with cloud technologies, of which at least 2 years as a Cloud Architect
- Expertise in Cloud Architecture solutions on AWS and proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions
- Familiarity with standard ML tech-stack (numpy, scikit, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and ML best practices for development and deployment
- Experience in setting up and maintaining ML CI/CD pipelines (MLOps)
- Experience with architecture documentation in ERD and UML
- Experience in leading a technical team in an agile environment
- Professional fluency in English language
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to achieve/provide relevant cloud certifications from AWS, GCP, or Azure in probation period
- Professional fluency in German or demonstrable commitment to obtain professional German certification during probation
