Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d)
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment
Provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives

Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d)
For our Outlet Store – DIESEL Metzingen – we are now recruiting an experienced Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d), who will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.
Main Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in driving the Store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the clientActively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment

Profile description: Requirements
At least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in a modern Luxury retail environmentConfidence and proven track record in team management
Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets
