We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about travel and dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our clients.
This role offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing you to connect with travelers from around the world.
Responsibilities- Engage with German-speaking clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations, creating custom itineraries that exceed client expectations.
- Assist clients with all aspects of their travel arrangements, including bookings for flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Resolve any issues or inquiries that arise during the planning process or while clients are traveling.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and feedback to enhance service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and travel regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive communication and excellent service delivery.
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in travel consulting or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and preferences.
