The maximum gross annual salary is €60,000. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid work permit for the EU (not a student visa). The position is initially limited until December 2026.

• Carrying out military admissions assignments in compliance with internal and external guidelines
• Preparation, processing and review of verification and sample documents in the programme context
• Representing the development department in airworthiness matters vis-à-vis partners and authorities
• Supporting the coordination of certification activities and deadlines
• Monitoring compliance with applicable procedures and regulations
• Coordination and control of programme-related tasks, deadlines and costs
• Participation in the preparation of offers and budget planning
• Promoting internal communication within the team and the department

• Completed studies in the field of engineering or aerospace with at least a master's degree or diploma
• Several years of experience in the field of military aviation required
• Knowledge of aviation law and military certification regulations is desirable
• Expertise with Doors is an advantage
• Business fluent in German and English
• Existing work permit for the European Union
