RESPONSIBILITIES
Join our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services Team and be part of our regulatory team.- Under the mentorship of experienced colleagues, you are responsible for resource and task planning activities for Regulatory Affairs Crop protection in the R&D IT tool.
- You are responsible for monitoring of capacity utilization (work tank) and reflection of capacity adjustments in alignment with line manager.
- In close collaboration with the team, you help in monitoring of cost deviations and self-reliant triggering of cost management measures between Regulatory Affairs department (Service Provider) and the respective Budget Owner.
- You help in the contribution and implementation of own ideas to harmonize planning within the R&D community and to improve the R&D IT planning tool as well as the related processes.
- scientific training or a university degree in natural sciences/business management
- having professional experience is a plus
- well-acquainted with technical skills and knowledge in maintaining big databases
- advanced Excel skills
- experienced handling of IT standard applications (MS Office)
- excellent communication skills in English and good German skills
- Gross annual salary (full-time): 46.000 - 52.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
