Job DescriptionAs a Secretary at Qima Monasterium, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and efficient functioning of our office. Key responsibilities include:
Manage and organize daily office activities and schedules, handling correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and mail. Prepare, distribute, and maintain internal and external documents, files, records, and databases. Arrange and manage appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries, ensuring deadlines are met.
Draft, edit, and format reports and presentations, maintaining accuracy and professional presentation. Oversee office supplies, coordinate with service providers, and maintain a clean and organized office environment. Assist management with projects and tasks, compiling data for reports and presentations as needed.
This job requires 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English.
