About your role
As our Identity Access Management SME, you should develop and implement IAM strategy, roadmap and initiative that supports organisational goals and achievement of security targets. You should have worked on one or more IAM tools implementation such as Saviynt, Cyber Ark, Okta, RSA Secure ID Sail Point, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP, Beyond Trust, Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager etc on-premise, cloud or both environments.You should collaborate with cross functional teams, business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure IAM is effectively integrated into key business processes and system
As our Identity Access Management SME, you should be able to regularly review IAM policies ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory standards, perform configuration review of existing systems to identify security issues, provide recommendation and escalate any potential high-risk scenario so that it can be accurately managed and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Requirements
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C1 proficiency) and English (C1 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
- Have more than 5 years of experience in enterprise-wide IAM projects, particularly in large organisations is essential
- Have experience in integrating applications with IAM systems along with custom connector development
- Manage enterprise-wide employee identities and access rights
- Develop detailed IAM metric for reporting to executive leadership team and key stakeholders and ensure continuous monitoring of performance metric to drive process improvement
- Possess strong knowledge of Security Architecture, Design and Operations, LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAUTH, OAuth 2.0, Web protocols XML, SOAP, JSON, REST
- Be comfortable working in Unix and Windows environment
- Experience in technologies such as JAVA, C#, SQL, RDBMS, Linux
- Knowledge of scripting language like Powershell, Python
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISAE 3402- SOC1/SOC2, ISO, NIST, HIPAA, PCI
- Good to have security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, Security +, SSCP, CEH
