E-Commerce Assistant (Full-Time) - Düsseldorf

To ensure smooth operations, we need an experienced and analytical assistant who can take over certain tasks and support her effectively.

• Manage order intake and ensure that all orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
• Support in customer communication with buyers from key e-commerce platforms.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and sales analysis to optimize business opportunities.
• Ensure seamless coordination between our Düsseldorf office and our headquarters in Rotterdam.
• Handle administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.

• Fluent in German (mandatory) and proficient in English (preferred).
• Experience in e-commerce, sales, or order management – preferably with knowledge of platforms like Zalando, AboutYou, and Amazon.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with budgeting and forecasting.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work full-time from our office in Düsseldorf, Germany.
