Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll balance executing complex online marketing strategies with analytical and entrepreneurial thinking according to PERGOLUX’ values - especially integrity, ambition, innovation and unity!

Tasks

• Develop and execute a full-funnel performance marketing strategy for a specific market.
• Manage and optimize media mix across channels (Meta, Google, Email, Affiliates, Influencers, Print, SEO, CRM).
• Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Ensure contribution margin/revenue targets are met through root cause analysis and regular performance tracking.
• Own marketing data quality and dashboards (e.g., KLAR), ensuring insights drive decisions.
• Align with global strategies while adapting to local market needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations.
• Manage agency/freelancer relationships and oversee campaign execution quality.
• Lead forecasting, competitive analysis, and creative localization.

• Timely and error-free campaign launches.
• Maintain ROAS of 4–5x (or as aligned with the Country Manager).
• Scale marketing channels effectively and meet contribution margin targets.
• Provide regular, insight-driven performance reports.

• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI dashboards).
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Jira, and Confluence.
• Expertise in paid media platforms, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns.
• Strong project management skills to handle cross-functional initiatives.
• Expertise in negotiation contracts and developing partnerships (e.g. with agencies and external partners such as influencers)
• 3-5 years in performance marketing, with hands-on experience in e-commerce or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing high budgets and optimizing for profitability.
• Includes experience from the Associate level, such as campaign management and basic optimization.
