About the team: We are currently expanding our IT team and looking for new colleagues who will join our team at Hannover.
What you can look forward to as IT Business Analyst Production (m/f/d):
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand upcoming project demands, initiatives, and resource requirements
- Monitor IT demand budgets and work closely with IT departmants to allocate IT resources efficiently.
- Work closely with business units to gather and analyze IT service requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
- Conduct thorough assessments of IT systems and business processes within production plants to identify areas for improvement.
- Propose and evaluate solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Implement IT standard solutions to support and streamline business processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Facilitate the integration of IT solutions with existing systems and platforms to optimize operational performance.
- Develop a deep understanding of business processes and requirements, isolating key issues and challenges.
Your profile as IT Business Analyst Production (m/f/d):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in IT analysis, business process analysis, and project management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems and platforms, particularly in the context of ERP transformations and digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels within a manufacturing environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify key issues and propose effective solutions tailored to manufacturing processes.
