Responsibilities- Review and moderate user-generated content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content or abusive behavior to the appropriate teams.
- Provide feedback to users about content decisions and help them understand the moderation process.
- Analyze trends in user behavior and content to suggest improvements to policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent moderation standards are maintained.
- Utilize moderation tools and software to efficiently manage content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in content policies.
- Fluency in German and strong command of English.
- Proven experience in content moderation or customer service roles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills and capability to evaluate complex situations.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their content policies.
