Administrator (m/f/d) CCUBE

• Successfully completed studies or degree in computer science or equivalent education in computer science including formal training programs
• Experience with configurable standard software environments, ideally IFS Field Service management software
• Experience in introducing and supporting software projects
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and T-SQL
• Experience in GUI and UX Design
• Strong analytical skills in communication and problem solving, high ability to work in a team
• Fluent English skills, German skills are advantageous
• Willingness to travel (international; approx. 60 days/year)
• Class B driving license

• Responsibility and support of the field service and asset management software CCUBE
• Collaborate with the project team and other departments in a global matrix organization
• Contact person as well as 1st & 2nd level support for the REMA TIP TOP network
• Collection, documentation and evaluation of feedback and requirements for the optimization and further development of REMA CCUBE
• Creation of bug reports and independent development of solutions
• Configuration and customization of the system according to user specifications
• Analysis and implementation of system interfaces
• Conducting user training and workshops, including on-site introductions at customer locations
• Coordination of conception and implementation with external IT service providers
