- As of now Senior Operations Manager (m/f/d) Reporting to the EVP of IRSDC (Investor Relations, Strategic Development & Communications), the Senior Operations Manager (m/f/d) – IRSDC plays a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence, promoting collaboration and ensuring seamless operations within IRSDC.
This role is responsible for partnering with the IRSDC leadership and providing support as needed.
Developing communications and presentations on behalf of the EVP for town hall meetings and senior leadership updates or requests is a core responsibility.The candidate should be a proactive and results-oriented professional who is able to foster productive collaboration and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Understanding and navigating the complexities of the different areas within IRSDC while leveraging exceptional organizational and collaboration skills will be essential to successfully execute this role.
Your assignment:- Provide high-level support to the Executive Vice President and the leadership team of IRSDC (comprised of Global Market & Competition, Global Sustainability, Investor Relations and Global Communications) including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Collaborate with the IRSDC Leadership team to develop, implement, and monitor strategic projects related to the IRSDC function overall
- Develop, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) to drive continuous improvement
- Identify, develop, and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity and cross-functional collaboration across IRSDC advancing further synergies and alignment
- Responsible for meeting internal reporting requirements and managing timely submission including presentations for management board, supervisory board, management business reviews and other internal reporting requirements
- Drive IRSDC internal community engagement, including the use of state-of-the-art MS community management and knowledge sharing tools
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, developing and facilitating all-employee events, supporting team evolvement and proactively incorporating tactics to bring the IRSDC’s mission, vision, and culture to life
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different areas of IRSDC
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful project delivery and effective cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Anticipate and proactively address time-sensitive matters to optimize the EVP’s productivity
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Your profile:
- A master's degree in business administration or similar
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an international organization / listed company
- Experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role supporting a very senior leader
- Strong understanding of needs and requirements of a large, publicly traded, complex, global organization
- Ability to coordinate various internal stakeholders, who regularly have divergent interests, to achieve department and project objectives
- Strong analytical thinking while being an excellent communicator, understanding sensitivities in dealing with top management of a large-scale international organization
- Excellent collaborator with strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and project simultaneously
- Experience creating effective presentations and messaging for a range of audiences including senior leadership and teams
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Self-starter mentality, working independently with limited supervision and with the ability to quickly implement feedback
- Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating trustworthiness, flexibility, and reliability
- Quick thinker with ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent MS Office skills and development of presentations and reports
