Your Tasks- Lead the entire process of artworks (global master & local country) development for category – check assortment, setup tasks, onboard & brief agencies, coordinate deadlines, support brand managers in print trials & packshot creations.
- Lead the entire process of master-data maintenance in SAP (MADCON) for category – create article numbers (NARTs), product codes & country clusters, maintain project assortments, maintain production & country links, monitor & ensure high quality data.
- Maintain & regularly review all internal and backend databases.
- Create & order sales samples, market research samples, mockups, sachets, competition products, assortment catalogues, promotional merchandise, etc.
- Primary contact to lead communication flow with the local Brand Managers from different countries to coordinate master data, artworks, and project deadlines.
- Coordinate with different functions, production centers, agencies & core team members for executing project tasks.
- Own & execute low complexity projects like country roll outs, compulsory changes, production center transfers, supplier changes, etc.
- Completed commercial / vocational training.
- Preferably already worked professionally in project coordination/management, data maintenance, artwork creations or print processes.
- Excellent organizing & communication skills with high level of attention to details.
- Proactive & solution-oriented mindset with a positive can-do approach.
- Very good in Microsoft Office 365 – Excel, Power Point, Outlook & Teams. Strong SAP (or a similar tool) knowledge & experience is preferred.
- Must be confident in written and spoken English. Additionally, German language fluency is preferred.
- Comfortable working with international multi-country teams.
- Good balance of enjoying working individually and collaborative teamwork.
- Passionate about Skin Care.
Hamburg, Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg. Our company agreement allows up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team can be discussed & explained in a personal conversation with the hiring manager & the recruiter.
