Director, Head of Business Development (m/w/d) Working time: full-time
Your role- leading and managing the Business Development division. Reporting directly to the Managing Director (CEO) with the aim of expanding the global product portfolio in the strategic core indications
- analyzing, selecting and implementing new product opportunities (R&D, licensing, M&A, asset deals)
- development of the existing product portfolio
- excellent crossfunctional collaboration
- preparing and conducting price negotiations and concluding contracts in line with the corporate strategy
- a successfully completed degree in natural sciences or economics
- relevant professional experience in the areas of portfolio management, M&A, R&D and BD in the pharmaceutical industry
- strategic foresight, great negotiating skills and an analytical mindset
- a positive, open-minded and assertive personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
- business fluent in German and English
- willingness to travel
