Service Project Management Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In project management / project management in the field of medium-voltage service, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and completion of both small and large medium-voltage service projects. - Independent processing of customer orders from the submission of quotations and order processing to customer handover and sales recognition.
- Order clarification with the customer, sales and the specialist departments.
- Coordination of all necessary specialist departments involved in the project, taking into account scheduling and commercial conditions.
- Close cooperation with the sales and field service departments.
- Support of national and international customers, including project-related site visits.
- Estimation and continuous monitoring of order risks.
- Reporting of order progress to the department management.
- Claim Management.
- Coordination of the contractually compliant handover of the final documentation as well as preparation of the associated final project reports
- Completed master craftsman / technician Training in the field of electrical engineering, ideally with a focus on energy technology.
- Initial professional experience in project management or project management is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Touchpoints with service and/or medium voltage are beneficial.
- Fluent in German and good English skills.
- Sound knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
