We are seeking a visionary Team Lead for our Global Customer Engagement (GCE) Campaigning team. If you are passionate about driving excellence and crafting impactful customer journeys, this is your opportunity to thrive.
What you can expect:
- Manage the Global Customer Engagemnet Campaigning team, focusing on CRM and email marketing strategies.
- Create and oversee campaigns across email, SMS/MMS, app push notifications, print, WeChat, and direct messaging to boost customer engagement and loyalty.
- Work closely with the Personalization Team to develop comprehensive customer journeys across all touchpoints.
- Document, maintain, and enhance campaign performance using analytics and techniques like A/B testing and automation.
- Develop and manage a reporting framework to support the Campaign & Loyalty Manager in making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Analytics & Reporting to improve campaign analysis and template creation.
Your profile:
- Bring your expertise from international companies, ideally in retail, with a strong background in e-commerce, digital/performance marketing, or CRM.
- 3-5 years of management experience with large teams, demonstrating your ability to inspire and lead.
- Deep understanding of CRM analytics, email marketing, and campaign management tools, coupled with excellent analytical skills.
- Familiar with all key performance indicators, tracking methods, and optimization tools to drive success.
- Fluent in English, with German as a plus.
