As part of our team, you could further improve our product portfolio by coordinating and actively managing cross divisional IVD projects for the microbiology infection market. As a program manager you are in a central position to ensure that all projects within a program deliver the desired outcomes and contribute to the organization's overall success.

For our office in Bremen we are looking as of now for a Program Manager (m/f/d) for IVD product development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Join a dedicated team responsible for development of new in-vitro diagnostic products involving hardware, software, and consumables
- You are coordinating interdependent product development projects from requirements throughconceptual design and technology decisions, implementation, IVD registration, and market launch of the product
- You are providing guidance for project management by developing and implementing project management processes in order to improve project reporting
- You are constantly discussing program status and goals with e.g. project management, regulatory affairs and product management
- You evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the program and ensure that the goals are met, also covering resource and risk management
Qualifications:
- You are a strong leader and well-structured organizer to manage the various teams and projects effectively
- You are very solution oriented to solve issues on higher scope, finally enabling the success of the program
- You have proven experience in managing projects and/or programs
- Master’s degree in Science or Business Administration as well as experience in IVD development is beneficial
- You have proficiency in using typical project management methods, techniques, and software tools
- Good German & English language skills
