Responsibilities
  • Assist German-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective problem resolution.
  • Document customer interactions to maintain comprehensive records and follow-up on outstanding concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify improvements in service delivery and customer engagement.
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer service software is beneficial.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with financial support provided.
