Responsibilities- Assist German-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective problem resolution.
- Document customer interactions to maintain comprehensive records and follow-up on outstanding concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to identify improvements in service delivery and customer engagement.
- Stay informed about product updates and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service software is beneficial.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with financial support provided.
