Linux Administrator - ref. i1384503
We are looking for a Linux Administrator for a contract role based in Munich, BY, Germany. This is a long-term contract with a global IT consulting leader.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and document Linux systems
- Manage virtual machines for simulation applications
- Perform audits of hardware and software
- Apply OS updates, patches, and config changes
- Troubleshoot reported problems
Skills and experience required:
- 5+ years IT experience
- IT qualifications or Tertiary Degree
- Red Hat Certified Engineer
- Experience with SQL/MYSQL, MSSQL, or Oracle databases
- Understanding of ITIL service management practices
- Windows Desktop and server admin experience
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) level skills
- Mandatory: NV1 Security Clearanc
