IT Clerk (m/f/d) for Mobile Contract Management
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented IT Clerk (m/f/d) who will enhance the team of our client and significantly contribute to the efficiency of processes in the field of mobile telecommunications.
Job description:
- Management of mobile devices and SIM cards for our employees within an IT service management software.
- Receiving and processing incoming order requests regarding mobile devices, including tariff consulting.
- Conducting price analyses and subsequent ordering.
- Processing tickets through our ticketing software.
- Checking mobile invoices for factual and mathematical accuracy.
- Assisting with budget planning in the area of mobile hardware.
- Coordinating the allocation of extension numbers.
- Supporting the maintenance of the telecommunications system and document processes.
- Creating and issuing business cards.
- Conducting hardware refreshes.
Skills requested:
Required Qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., as an industrial clerk, office clerk, or equivalent).
- At least three years of professional experience in the mentioned field.
- IT skills as a user (standard programs, internet, email).
- At least three years of experience with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and good Excel skills.
- At least one year of professional experience in mobile contract management.
- At least one year of professional experience in consulting and customer service.
- High commitment, reliability, and resilience.
- Communicative skills and team orientation.
- Very good German language skills (min. C1).
Ideal Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in change management.
- Knowledge in planning, monitoring, and optimizing processes.
- Experience with eSIM and mobile contracts.
- One year of experience with USU Valuemation.
- Knowledge in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
- Ideally, experience in a governmental environment.
