Allianz Digital Health GmbH (ADH) is a Munich, Germany based subsidiary of Allianz SE.
ADH has a dual mission: Developing cloud-based software applications for Health insurance and supporting Allianz units world-wide in optimising their Health insurance business along the value chain.

Tasks- Develop deep expertise in insurance data models and consult Allianz entities globally on data transformation
- Drive data harmonisation and quality initiatives by contextualising data for different stakeholders
- Independently organise, track, and manage data transformation projects with Allianz entities.
- Communicate requirements and timelines effectively with various stakeholders.
- Conduct raw data analysis, design and implement data processing and cleansing pipelines, and improve data quality.
- Analyse and visualise data to identify new business potentials.Develop deep expertise in insurance data models and consult Allianz entities globally on data transformation
- Master’s degree (or Bachelor with comparable work experience) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Quantitative Economics, Applied Statistics or related field
- Several years of working experience in data engineering and analysis
- High willingness to combine business know-how with technological skills
- High level of analytical skills coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to communicate complex analytical and technical content with insightful visualizations to a non-expert audience
- Experience in the insurance sector is a plus; strong willingness to deep dive into (health) insurance data and development of good understanding is expected
- Expertise in data modelling and Python, especially handling large datasets with PySpark
- High degree of self-organisation, individual responsibility and decisiveness
- Profound research skills to bring in outside-in perspectives and drive innovative solutions
- Fluency in written and spoken English, German language skills are a plus but no requirement
