Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR)

You will be the first SDR on the ground driving all outbound and prospecting efforts at peopleIX. We are aiming to hit €1mn ARR and you would be a core component in achieving that!
We’re looking for a high-energy sales hunter. This is not a typical SDR role - you’ll be building our outbound sales engine from scratch and setting the foundation for our future sales team.
Aufgaben- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through strategic outreach and follow-ups
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities for our people intelligence platform
- Partner directly with our Co-Founders to refine our sales playbook and outreach strategies
- Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics and prospect feedback
- Get on the ground to get in touch with HR/People Executives by sending mails, cold calling, attending HR Events, etc.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota (minimum 1 year experience)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Strong discovery skills and ability to identify pain points
- Self-starter mentality with a hunger to build something from scratch
- Native German speaker with excellent proficiency in English
- You like doing outreaches, a lot
- You’ve been told no hundreds of times
- You handle rejections well
- You can easily motivate yourself
- Startup experience or demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience in HR Tech is a big plus
