The Role
Are you a proactive individual with a passion for marketing and operations, ready to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic global environment? Join us at 1GLOBAL as a Marketing Operations Intern, where your primary role will be to assist and support the Marketing Team in daily operations and strategic initiatives.You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the company’s marketing efforts, coordinating projects, and collaborating with various teams and partners, all while gaining valuable exposure to the fast-paced world of international business & telco.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Operations: Contribute to the execution of B2B marketing campaigns, monitor key metrics, and assist with operational tasks to ensure smooth workflows.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Help organize and execute events such as B2B trade shows, webinars, and internal gatherings, ensuring smooth logistics and impactful results.
- Website Content: Help maintain and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy and a user-friendly experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to facilitate clear communication and effective project execution.
- Content & Materials Management: Assist in preparing marketing collateral, coordinating with writers, designers, or external agencies to deliver high-quality materials.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyse data from campaigns and other marketing channels to support decision-making and improvements.
- General Marketing Support: Handle ad hoc tasks and contribute to various marketing and operational projects as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications
Must Have- Pursuing or completed at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Basic understanding of CMS platforms or a willingness to learn (e.g., WordPress, Next.js).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Google Analytics.
- Previous experience in B2B industries or marketing roles.
- Prior experience in marketing or project coordination (e.g., internships, student activities, or volunteer work).
