We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader Digital Operations Wholesale (f/m/d) to join our team on 1st February 2025. You are responsible for managing operational processes to enhance business potential and excellence, collaborating with digital partners and stakeholders, and coaching team members to achieve their goals within the organization.

- Lead an international team of 10, fostering individual growth and creating an inspiring environment with open communication, while challenging the status quo to promote innovation and team spirit
- Leverage a deep understanding of digital business models and consumer needs to drive team success and partner collaboration
- Manage digital strategy and operations, aligning tasks with seasonal calendars and collaborating with stakeholders to maximize sales and ensure top-tier service
- Utilize strong analytical skills for informed decision-making in demand planning and in-season management
- Lead the go-to-market process, align with digital KPIs, and collaborate on data-driven performance dashboards
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects to align partner strategies, keeping stakeholders informed, and maintain clarity on roles with the RACI structure

Das ist dein Profil:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 6 years of senior management experience in digital/wholesale, strong digital process knowledge, and proven leadership skills
- Ability to interpret P&L for decision-making, with fluency in German and English required
- Excellent negotiation skills with data-driven insights, strategic thinking, and relationship-building abilities; commercially astute with impactful communication
- Experience in managing B2B customer relations, self-motivated, and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
