Crafting clear, compelling content that connects, inspires, and drives action across every customer touchpoint - powered by creativity, collaboration, and a consistent brand voice.
What you’ll do: Craft compelling, customer-focused communications throughout the member journey: onboarding, upgrades, anniversaries, reactivation, milestones Write engaging newsletters, CRM messages, and campaign copy to drive action and build relationships Produce high-quality copy for landing pages, product updates, and marketing initiatives Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels and touchpoints Research and identify content opportunities, contributing fresh ideas Optimize content based on performance, feedback, and objectives Create/adapt simple visual assets with the Creative Director Maintain and update content in CMS and digital systems Deliver content via website, app, newsletters, push notifications, and social media Collaborate with other teams for operational excellence in creative execution Behind the scenes Our Offices in MUC & FRA If you enjoy office work, you'll love our House of Communication in Munich, awarded the Handelsblatt Mindshift Award for its innovative blend of art, technology, and open spaces.
