Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build a long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
- Perform in the shop's operational processes to ensure the best store performance
- Relevant experience in fashion retail
- Fluency in English
- Possess excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver customer orientation
- Enthusiastic team player, outgoing and friendly personality
- Proactivity and ability to solve problems
- Deep passion for the brand
- Good knowledge of MS Office
