Student for New Product Implementation (m/f/d) - Würzburg
We are seeking a highly enthusiastic student(m/f/d) to collaborate closely with the sales team, supporting product implementations and reconfiguration efforts for our upcoming solution launch. You as a part of our team will be involved in both pre-sales and post-sales support for this new segment during the initial launch phase.
This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the development process and actively contribute to the final product implementation at customer locations.
What does the role involve?- Provide technical guidance on system requirements and configurations
- Address customer queries related to the product
- Remotely connect to the Locker (Linux-based) system to execute commands and troubleshoot issues
- Guide Solutions Consultants in the field to configure the product
- Document and report system issues or improvements for future updates
- Act as a liaison between sales and development team
What you need is:
- Currently enrolled in a university or college program (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with sales representatives
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line interface
- Ability to execute fundamental Linux commands (e.g., file manipulation, user permissions, networking basics)
- Problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting product configurations
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technical concepts
- Proficiency in German is an advantage
