• Working Hours: Part-Time /On-demand, Standard Business Hours

• Preferred Contract: B2B with Sharp Brains Limited (UK) – you should be eligible to contract/file your taxes yourself. (As Self Employed / Contractor or through an Umbrella company)
• Language : Bilingual (English + Local Language)

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Level professional to provide technical assistance and support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of IT systems and networks.

• Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network related issues
• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with IT team to identify and implement solutions
• Document all technical issues and resolutions
• Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and networks
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry

• Proven experience as an IT Support Level or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with network protocols and technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
