We are currently hiring a Third Party Risk Manager (f/m/d). This position is based in our Frankfurt office and reports directly to the Head of Third Party Risk Management.
Within this exciting role, you will be responsible for the oversight and compliance of our Third Party Engagements globally. You will coordinate and interact with Business Owners as well as second-line functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and aiming to make our business more resilient.
What you will do- Coordinate Third Party Oversight duties with Business Owners and Second line functions such as Data Privacy, Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, Information Security, IT Compliance, Business Resilience, Vendor Management for all Third Party Engagements
- Interact with the TPRM Operations team
- Conduct initial and regular due diligence & risk assessments
- Be responsible for the Third Party Oversight including maintenance and central storage of contracts and Third Party master data
- Ensure the existence of a Business plan & Exit plan on Third Party services
- Monitor reporting to supervisory authorities, conduct reporting to Allianz Group entities as well as Senior Management
- Coordinate spot checks with Second line functions
- Guide, advise, and supervise Business Owners in identifying non-compliant Third-Party Engagements, and recommend the necessary actions to address deviations accurately
- Escalate non-compliant cases with respective stakeholders: Business Owners and Third Parties
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Management or related field of study
- Knowledge of national and international regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of KaMaRisk and the new compliance obligation Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is a plus
- Experience in Vendor Management, Contract Management, Outsourcing Management or other related roles is a plus
- Minimum of 4 years job experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and client-centric approach, combining diplomacy and assertiveness
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal required, further languages would be highly helpful, German is a plus
