Your Mission
We are looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join our global partnerships team! The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective co-marketing strategies and programs to strengthen our relationships with partners, drive market-share and revenue through co-marketing activities, and enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the partner marketing international strategy and execution plans to meet or exceed demand generation, marketshare and revenue targets, incl. overall marketing guidance to the osapiens partner community.
- Collaborate with sales and partner teams to support the go to market strategy, identify and target key opportunities in the partner ecosystem.
- Design and execute joint marketing and lead generation campaigns, including webinars, events, co-branded content, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide general marketing education, assistance and support in the development of campaigns.
- Manage partner communication and regular updates on marketing initiatives, product changes, and strategic direction.
- Coordinate, measure and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights, incl. MDF ROI tracking, PRM tracking and reporting.
- Create and maintain a portfolio of marketing resources for partners, including sales enablement materials, case studies, and co-branded collateral.
- Develop and adapt marketing and product content for partners.
- Attend and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
- Maintain the partner directory based on partner strengthens, market coverage and with a deep understanding of their competitive landscape and market trends.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience in partner marketing within a Saa S environment, experience in a startup environment is a plus.
- 3+ years of international marketing and sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, master is a plus.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns through all channels.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively work with multiple teams and partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, be able to work independently.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
- Full proficiency in German and English. Other languages are a plus.
