Aufgaben
  • Own the strategic development of the Packaging portfolio and define long-term category growth priorities.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs and portfolio white spots based on data, insights and trends.
  • Drive portfolio health across growth, margin, innovation, private label share and lifecycle performance.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, campaigns and portfolio initiatives together with Marketing, Sales and Pricing.
  • Co-develop sourcing strategies with Commodity Management and build strong partnerships with strategic suppliers.
  • Lead cross-functional portfolio projects, including innovation, sustainability and category transformation initiatives.
Profil
  • 7+ years of experience in Strategic Category Management, Product Management or Portfolio Management.
  • Proven track record in driving category growth, portfolio transformation and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong B2B background in FMCG, ideally in Transport Packaging
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong business acumen and clear ownership mentality.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions and markets.
  • Business fluent German and English; willingness to travel.
