Digital Engineering Team Manager (m/f/d)
Your ResponsibilitiesEstablish a Digital Engineering Team
Own the Digital Engineering roadmap, including definition, prioritization, and evolution of Digital Capabilities
Lead, manage and develop the Digital Engineering team
Orchestrate collaboration between R&D, Supply Chain, IT, and other business stakeholders, including alignment with external partnersDrive adoption of Digital Capabilities by enabling methods, processes, data models, tooling, and training across the organization
Define and track Digital Engineering KPIs to improve speed, predictability, quality, and digital maturity
Your Qualifications
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical disciplineSeveral years of professional experience driving digitalization or digital transformation in engineering environments, ideally in complex, hardware‑centric product organizations
Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and practical experience with engineering authoring and lifecycle systems (e.g. Windchill, Teamcenter, Xpedition, NX)
Demonstrated leadership capability with a structured, analytical working style and the ability to align diverse stakeholders behind a common target state
Fluent in English and German language
