Team Member Reception

Love travel and enjoy creating memories? Our Team Members at our Receptions are the beating heart of our hostels, and we’re looking for awesome people to join the team!

As one of our Reception Team Members, you’ll be a big part of our customer’s journeys, helping to check them in & out, offering help and advice when necessary, and managing reservations on our systems. If you think you’ve got what it takes to be an integral part of our team, apply here.

Essential requirements

You must:

  • Be eligible or have all the necessary documentation to be legally employed in Germany
  • All Documentation required by any Local/Regional/National certifying or governing bodies in which to operate legally within Germany
  • Have an up-to-date/active bank account in your own name.
  • Be able to converse Fluently in English.
  • Have a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable traveling distance of the unit.
