Job Description & Key Responsibilities

You will blend technology expertise with product vision, setting a clear direction for LUY's products and ensuring that our technology meets the evolving needs of our customers.

• Define and implement a technology-focused product strategy aligned with company objectives, emphasizing technical innovation and customer satisfaction
• Act as a technical sparring partner for developers, ensuring high-level discussions and decisions on software architecture and development practices
• Lead the Product Management team to prioritize initiatives that deliver clear market impact, in collaboration with our Go-to-Market and other departments
• Drive technical excellence and process efficiency within the engineering team to support high-quality, timely product releases
• Oversee the product roadmap, balancing technical innovation with scalability to support LUY's growth
• Contribute to overall company strategy and decision-making as a key member of the leadership team

• Extensive experience in a senior technology leadership role (e.g., Director of Engineering, Director of Product, former CTO) with a strong product affinity
• Proven background in technical leadership within the B2B SaaS or tech industry, capable of engaging deeply with technical teams
• Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks and architecture (e.g., Java Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript) and familiarity with Agile software development practices.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling products and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strategic, analytical mindset.
• Fluent in English and German language
