Supporting our senior management in managing the delivery of the AHEAD transformation project to all countries
Preparing committee presentations as well as decision papers and presentations for executive management
Coordinating and consolidating planning status and progress reporting of all IT and business management teams related to the AHEAD transformation project
Reporting for management as well as assuming responsibility for the organisation and harmonisation of senior management committees
Participating in discussions and the coordination processes with stakeholders from IT and business teams at various management levels
Coordinating and communicating with national and international colleagues as well as external partners

Your Profile

What you should have.

Studies with a business or information technology background (e.g. business informatics, business administration, etc.)
Experience in the field of stakeholder management or other related fields
Strong Power Point skills (both creation of presentations and actual presenting in English)
Flexible and adaptable while maintaining a high degree of execution excellence
Positive mindset, an analytical and structured way of working as well as assertiveness
Strong communication skills and business fluency in English

Desirable extras.

Experience in IT strategy or management consulting
Experience in international transformation projects
Commitment, team spirit and sociability
