In addition to comprehensive consulting and technical solutions for hosts, we also offer DMOs - Destination Management Organizations - services and solutions for optimized online visibility and bookability. You are part of our host service team and work in our beautiful office in Freiburg in a hybrid setup.The team looks after our customers with passion and professionalism. Regular team events are also part of our everyday working life.
Your role in this journey- Assisting guests with requests related to our destination partners via phone or email, crafting personalized offers and processing bookings with care and attention to detail.
- Maintaining clear communication with our partner, Airbnb, managing all aspects of inquiries and bookings to ensure smooth and efficient guest experiences.
- Being the primary point of contact for all guests involved in the "Schwarzwald Trekking Camps" project, providing guidance and assistance throughout their journey.
- Supporting group trips by researching and identifying the perfect accommodations, preparing tailored offers to meet their specific needs and preferences.
- Engaging with our hosts to manage and address any inquiries or booking-related matters, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Assisting with internal training and onboarding for new team members, helping them integrate smoothly into the company and equipping them with the tools for success.
- Providing support for our complaint management, helping to resolve concerns and ensure a positive experience.
- Contributing to the development and alignment of team goals, actively participating in the process to drive the success of the team and the organization as a whole.
- Fluent German and strong English communication skills to interact effortlessly with our guests. A basic knowledge of French would be a wonderful bonus, helping to connect with a diverse group of visitors.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a valuable asset, allowing you to understand guest needs and deliver exceptional service with ease and professionalism.
- Exceptional communication abilities — friendly, clear, and empathetic — ensuring that every guest feels heard, respected, and well taken care of.
