Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Manager - Orthopedic Surgery Education (m/w/d)

• Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with orthopedic surgeons and other KOLs, ensuring trust and collaboration.
• Educational Program Development: Partner with KOLs to create and deliver engaging, high-quality educational programs and events in orthopedic surgery.
• Communication and Persuasion: Present and promote company initiatives effectively, aligning with the professional interests of KOLs, in both English and German.
• Travel and Engagement: Be open to frequent travel to attend and coordinate onsite events, meetings, and workshops.
• Community Building: Strengthen the network of orthopedic professionals within the company’s ecosystem.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work with Marketing, Education, and Sales teams to ensure KOL strategies align with broader organizational objectives.
• Insights and Strategy: Gather and utilize feedback from KOLs to improve programs and enhance engagement strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL management, medical education, or a related role, preferably in the orthopedic field or medical device industry.
• Fluency in advanced English and German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage complex projects effectively
