Aufgaben
Your tasks- Support contract management through the preparation and distribution of standard contracts
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate contract documentation
- Assist with administrative and compliance-related activities throughout the entire contract lifecycle
- Maintain and organize contracts, documents, and filing systems
- Provide operational and organizational support to the Legal team in daily business activities
- Contribute to ad hoc tasks within the Legal function
Profil
Your profile- Currently enrolled in a Law, Business Law, Compliance, Corporate Governance, or a related field
- Strong interest in Legal and Compliance topics and a desire to gain practical experience in an international business environment
- Proficient in common Microsoft Office applications
- Careful, structured, and reliable working style
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
