Tasks- Checking internal suppliers' requirements data (e.g. engineering) for completeness and correctness and clarifying any discrepancies
- Identifying and rectifying delivery and performance disruptions, including initiating recovery measures
- Data management in the context of new product launches and modifications (new parts process)
- Analysing supply chain risks and initiating initial corrective measures
- Monitoring delivery performance based on key figures and implementing optimisation measures
- Requirements planning, scheduling and procurement of components, systems, materials and services
- Monitoring deliveries in terms of quantity, deadline and price as well as close communication with suppliers and internal customers
- Analysis and optimisation of stock levels to ensure optimal stock ranges
- Supporting transnational projects to increase efficiency and optimise processes
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or supply chain / logistics
- Several years of experience in the areas of scheduling / material procurement, purchasing or supply chain / logistics
- Advanced knowledge of German and business fluent English
- Confident handling of Google Workspace
- Strong communication skills for working with contacts at all levels
- Independent and structured way of working to coordinate processes efficiently
- Persuasiveness and assertiveness to successfully represent interests
- Have a valid work permit for the EU (not a student visa)
