You support our team as
Product System Engineer (f/m/d)
Responsibilities- Design responsibility for product families for cartridge seal kits in close coordination with product management, design automation and research & development
- 3D CAD design of mechanical seal systems including variant management for standardised pump seal series
- Creation of assemblies, components and parts lists with CAD (Solid Edge), PDM (Siemens Teamcenter) and ERP system (SAP) or technical management of these activities
- Further development of modular sealing systems, taking into account customer needs, functional criteria, quality and cost requirements
- Leading technical development projects relating to the cartridge product family
- Gasket-specific calculations and designs
- Creation of series-specific design guidelines
- Provision of product information and product documentation
- Coordination and realisation of national and international training measures
- Completed Master's degree (TH/TU/FH) in the fields of mechanical engineering, precision engineering or a comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of 3D CAD
- Experience in design practice and development of modular product systems
- Expertise in pump or sealing technology and design automation desirable
- Production engineering knowledge in the field of machining and grinding
- Confident behaviour towards internal and external customers
- Cooperative and constructive teamwork
- German and English language skills, business fluent in spoken and written, good PC skills MS Office
- Willingness to travel internationally
