In this position, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries and ensuring they have a wonderful experience with our services. If you are fluent in German and eager to explore a new adventure in Greece, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to our products and services.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Educate customers about our offerings, helping them navigate services efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions clearly for maintenance and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture.
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
